About Girls Ment To Be
Girls Ment To Be inspires and empowers young girls ages 8–17 in Jackson, MS, and surrounding areas. We exist to provide education, mentorship, community engagement, and access to essential resources that equip girls with the confidence, leadership skills, and resilience needed to excel academically and thrive in their future careers. Through intentional programming and meaningful relationships, we strive to create a community where every girl feels valued, capable, and inspired to reach her fullest potential.
We believe in the potential of all young girls. We empower them to embrace who they are, define their future, and change the world.
